The PLB Group has been involved in various types of property development activities including the "Turnkey" construction and the sales and marketing of 1,081 units of apartment and 413 units of commercial lots for Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang ("MPPP"). PLd has also provided project management services to the turnkey contractor ie PKH of the MPPP project. To date, PLd has developed mixed property schemes in Taman Delima Indah, Taman Tasek Indah and Taman Sg. Bakap Permai.

The Taman Delima Indah scheme represents a mixed development scheme comprising 10 units single storey terrace, 79 units double storey terrace, 18 units double storey semi-detached, 2 units detached house and 12 shop offices in Juru, Seberang Perai, Penang.

The Taman Tasek Indah scheme is another mixed development scheme in Simpang Ampat, Seberang Perai, Penang where 36 units single storey terrace, 66 units double storey terrace, 28 units double storey semi-detached, 2 units double storey bungalow and 16 shop houses have been developed.

The Taman Sg. Bakap Permai scheme is a flagship mixed residential scheme for PLd with 87 units of single storey terrace, 200 units of double storey terrace, 30 units of double storey semi-detached, 39 units of shop offices and 120 units of low cost flats.

PLd has entered into a joint venture to develop a high rise condominium project in Johor of 140 units. The units are offered for sale now.

PLd has been appointed as sale and marketing agent for Desa Jelita and Taman Jerjak Indah on Penang Island. Desa Jelita comprising of 44 units double storey semi-detached, 39 units double storey shop office and shop house and 1 unit of double storey bungalow. Taman Jerjak Indah comprising of 28 units double storey terrace, 28 units double storey semi-detached and 3 units of double storey bungalow.

In the pipeline, PLd has been awarded 2 Penang state government privatization projects which are proposed development 2,366 units mixed development project at Lebuh Nordin and proposed development 1,054 units mixed development at Sungai Pinang.
